Then they were 3
8 Nov 2009

It is getting harder and harder to keep track of where the time is going...I woke up one day and the twins were 3. Without my beautiful wife Sharon keeping track of everything, there would have been no festivities this year...with the house build, normal work duties, and just doing the general things that need to be done...like groceries, it seems rare now that I get a chance to sit down and enjoy the little ones.
But...on occasions like this, it has to be done. No work at the house, no mowing the lawn, no...nothing - just play with the kids!
and yes - I have just as much fun as them...

A birthday party had been planned, but with all our other committments, it was postponed, but the party food, and party cakes went ahead...and then on their actual Birthday we were invited to another birthday party as well.
So the weekend was booked out with Partying - Kiddy Style.

And here are some of those house pics...With Christmas around the corner, the aim is to get it to lock up stage ...and then early in the NewYear get it over and done with. If it sounds like I had enough...well you'd be right.

When it is finished, we can all return to normality, Time with the kids, Time with Sharon, Time with the Friends - Time for Dave. And the strange thing is I am looking forward to the therapuetic landscaping side of it all. Because we would have been settled inside...
Here are some pics of the home so far.
...stay tuned for another update...
